By using the services provided by CanDoWorks Arlington Heights Towing, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you should not use our services. We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time, and your continued use of our services after changes are posted means you accept the updated terms.

2. Services Provided

CanDoWorks Arlington Heights Towing provides towing and roadside assistance services including but not limited to emergency towing, flatbed towing, long-distance towing, motorcycle towing, accident recovery, junk car removal, heavy-duty towing, and roadside assistance. All services are subject to availability and may vary based on your location and specific circumstances.

3. Payment Terms

Payment is due at the time of service unless other arrangements have been made in advance. We accept cash, credit cards, and debit cards. You are responsible for any fees associated with your payment method. If you dispute a charge, you must contact us within 30 days of the service date. Prices quoted are estimates and may change based on actual conditions encountered during service.

4. Your Responsibilities

You are responsible for providing accurate information about your vehicle and location when requesting service. You must remove all personal belongings and valuables from your vehicle before towing, as we are not responsible for items left inside. You must have legal ownership or authorization to request towing for any vehicle. You agree to be present or designate an authorized representative at the time of service.

5. Liability and Insurance

CanDoWorks Arlington Heights Towing carries commercial liability insurance as required by law. We take reasonable care to prevent damage to your vehicle during towing and transport. However, we are not liable for pre-existing damage, damage caused by the condition of your vehicle, or damage resulting from circumstances beyond our control such as severe weather or road conditions. Our liability is limited to the actual cost of repairs not exceeding the fair market value of your vehicle at the time of service.

6. Cancellations and No-Shows

If you need to cancel your service request, please notify us as soon as possible. Cancellations made after a truck has been dispatched may be subject to a service call fee. If you are not at the specified location when our driver arrives, we may charge a no-show fee. We will make reasonable efforts to contact you before leaving the location.

7. Storage and Impound

If your vehicle is towed to our facility and not retrieved within 24 hours, daily storage fees may apply. You will be notified of storage charges and payment requirements. Vehicles in storage for extended periods may be subject to lien procedures as permitted by state law. You are responsible for all towing, storage, and administrative fees before your vehicle can be released.

8. Dispute Resolution

If you have a concern or dispute regarding our services, please contact us directly first. We are committed to resolving issues fairly and promptly. If we cannot resolve a dispute through direct communication, both parties agree to seek mediation before pursuing legal action. Any legal proceedings will be governed by the laws of the State of Illinois and conducted in the appropriate courts of Cook County.

9. Privacy and Data

We collect and use your personal information as described in our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our collection and use of this information for service delivery, billing, and communication purposes. We do not sell or share your personal information with third parties except as necessary to provide services or as required by law.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, CanDoWorks Arlington Heights Towing shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific service in question.
